HOW TRANSFER CONTACTS FROM OUTLOOK

TO HANDSET USING PHONE SUITE

Use the USB Cable, not the Modem Cable, and connect your IVIO phone with your notebook

1. Insert your Cd Disc driver and install the Phone Suite Driver
2. The system will rebooted, and then copy the whole Phone Suite Folder from the CD to a subdirectory on your hard disk for example C:\Phone Suite
3. Right click on My computer and select manage, a screen similar to above will comes up, and click on device manager on the left pane and click on Ports on the right pane to show the USB Modem driver port, as shown above it is at COM27, on your notebook/PC will be be at different com location, please noted the com number.

Run Phone Suite and go to setting page, select com number as per number 3, and check off Outlook or Outlook Express as the source of your contact that you want to transfer.

1. Phone will ask if it is ok to read from your contact, and you should allow permission to read your outlook contact. All your outlook contact should be listed in Phone Suite under Outlook folder.

Select one or more contacts that you would like to copy to the Hand Set, and right click to copy.

Select the HandSet Folder, and right click to paste the contacts you have copied from the outlook folder to the handset

To copy contacts from Handset to outlook just do the reversed

1. To backup handset contacts to PC just select the PC folder and right click to paste
